Rolling Hills Villa sits perched quietly in the hills above Tirana—a residence where design intention meets effortless luxury. Conceived by Studio Fabrika and fully furnished by Able Bemodern, the home unfolds as a quiet sanctuary, where each space is a dialogue between light, form, and material. The villa opens with a fluid, light-filled living area wrapped in earthy textures and subdued tones. Neutral palettes meet warm tactile fabrics and sculptural silhouettes, creating an atmosphere of timeless calm. A striking Mario Romano wall sculpture anchors the aesthetic—a custom piece in Corian that shifts with the light throughout the day. In the dining space, the clean geometry of the Formula table and Isla chairs sets the tone for elegant gatherings, while nearby, the lounge is defined by Amphora and Yara armchairs, layered rugs, and the glint of Sparks and Aura coffee tables. The bar nook is punctuated by Teatro stools, adding a touch of contemporary poise. The custom-designed kitchen and tailored Gloria sideboard echo the villa’s commitment to functional luxury. Every corner—down to the Catch armchairs and Cosmos table in the hallway—has been curated to hold meaning, warmth, and usability. The second living room invites deeper relaxation, centered around a sleek fireplace, while the outdoor area is nothing short of an escape. The Aria sofa and Emma chairs create soft lines against natural surroundings, and the Jupiter garden bed invites full immersion in the peaceful setting.
