The Maritim Collection – Marina Bay stands as a key reference for contemporary hospitality in southern Albania. Developed in close partnership with architect Antonio Chilorico, the project involved the full furnishing of over 200 rooms, as well as the complete fit-out of all public areas, including a bespoke spa and casino. Each room features custom-designed boiseries in leather and MDF, complemented by tailor-made wardrobes, desks, and shelving systems. The design prioritises harmony between function and aesthetics, creating an atmosphere that feels both refined and inviting. In the casino and public spaces, carefully selected furniture and social layouts reflect a timeless, international sensibility — blending Mediterranean warmth with architectural precision. Every detail was executed with Able’s hallmark dedication to craftsmanship, precision, and design integrity, reaffirming the brand’s role as a trusted partner in high-end hospitality development.
