As part of the Gran Melia & San Pietro Residences development in Durres, Able was commissioned to execute a full interior mock-up unit, including bespoke furniture production, finishing and on-site installation. The mock-up unit served as a reference benchmark for the wider project, informing the coordinated rollout across approximately 400 residential units.
