Envisioned as a contemporary coastal retreat, this private summer penthouse in South Albania was designed and executed entirely by Able, where architecture, interiors and bespoke furnishings exist as one. A restrained palette of natural, tactile materials balances refined minimalism with the warmth of its coastal setting.
